It doesn’t interest me what I did with a pen and a computer to get straight A’s in the classes that always landed me on the Dean’s list throughout my educational career. The interest lies with the pen that I used to write songs and ideas that only my closest friends heard. It lies in the journals and poems I have hidden in my note’s app and notebooks. For those are the words that push the creative boundaries that I have no expectations for. And it didn’t make sense to me, until recently, how much greatness lied within that.”

Song
Her singing skills derived from writing poems from a young age. This led her to be a worship team member at her church.

She is a first generation student with a Mexican-American, African-American, Native-American, and Irish background.
Hobbies
Her grandmother introduced her to figure skating as a way to “beat the heat” in Miami. She also enjoys photography, hairstyling, and the ocean.
